Adding a new Team Member

Now that you are crushing your goals, let's talk about adding some of your team members to Trinsly.

New users can be invited in two ways. A direct invite from the Trinsly platform, or via an invitation email.

Invite Link

From the Settings Tab, you can invite team members by copying the Invite Link.

This link can be shared to a team member at the discretion and timing of the Admins choosing.  The team member can access the link by clicking on the link and accepting the invite to join.

To invite a team member using the

  1. Click the Settings tab in the left navigation bar
  2. Under Members, manually copy or use the copy button to access the link
  3. Share this link at your discretion internally with team members
  4. Feel free to Schedule a Time with Trinsly to assist if needed.

Invite by Email

From the Settings Tab, you can invite team members by their email address.

Once complete an email will be sent directly to your team members inbox with instructions on how to join Trinsly. The Pending Invite will appear under the Organization section within Settings. Trinsly Admins have the ability to revoke or cancel the invite while it has a pending status.

  1. Click the Settings tab in the left navigation bar
  2. Under Members, type your team members email addresses
  3. Click the Send Invitation button once completed for each new member
  4. Feel free to Schedule a Time with Trinsly to assist if needed.
